“Everything flows,” said an ancient Greek philosopher, though in FALA time flows, but as if more slowly. This is thanks to the picturesque surroundings in which the restaurant is located – the proximity to the waves of Poland's most important river makes every breakfast or lunch an unforgettable experience and a valuable moment to catch your breath. The relaxed ambiance and casual atmosphere of the establishment invite you to rest and savour exquisite dishes in harmony with nature.
The interior of the Wave, with its dominant earthy colours – pleasing beiges, browns, and greys – evokes her closeness, and its wavy shapes suspended from the ceiling like clouds catch the eye. Delicate dried flowers and pearly leaves give the impression of gently swaying in the breeze, and when you look down, you'll notice marble imitation, a metamorphic rock formed from the transformation of limestone – nature is closer than you think. Architect Grzegorz Pniok from the Hauslab design studio is responsible for this design.
